Sealing Tape
Vidseal Class F insulation tapes are end protection, porous, shrinkable cured and semi cured material without folds and other irregularities.
It is impregnated uniformly with special varnish on both sides of polyester glass fabrics, glass fabrics and non woven fleece, laminated with pet film. It is suitable for use in VPI and Resin rich insulation system for protection of overhangs of Low and High voltage coils.
Vidseal tapes are also available with zinc napthanate which is suitable for epoxy anhydride systems.
Vidseal is very cost effective and widely accepted .
Usage
Vidseal sealing tape is mainly used as upper layer of the porous tapes and also to protect the overhang parts of low and high voltage coils and bars against stress at normal environmental conditions.Thickness
